Cancellation & No-show Policy for Hotels

Each hotel has its own cancellation policy, which will be communicated to you along with your invoice.

Any changes or cancellations must be made through the official ground partner via email, not directly with the hotel.

Refunds will be processed after the event for administrative reasons, and bank service charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Room rates are charged in Korean Won (KRW), so the refunded amount may vary based on the exchange rate.

Payment Method

Credit card payment is preferred. A secure payment link will be sent to you once your reservation is confirmed. Please note that credit card transactions will incur a 4% transaction fee.

Alternatively, you may choose to pay by bank transfer. Any fees incurred during the transfer will be your responsibility. Bank details will be provided along with the invoice. Please note that all payments will be processed in Korean Won (KRW).

*Accommodation expenses are based on payment in Korean won.

In cases where foreign currency remittance is unavoidable, the rate of KRW 1,380 per USD—based on the average exchange rate over the past year—will be applied.
