We offer comfortable and safe transportation services, from your arrival in Korea to your hotel, and from the event venue to the airport after the event.

Vehicle Type
*Please note that storage space may be limited depending on the size of your luggage.
*In the event of insufficient storage space, an additional vehicle (taxi or minivan) can be arranged on-site if necessary. Any costs incurred for the additional vehicle will be the responsibility of the participant.
Cancellation & No-show Policy for Transportations
Any changes or cancellations must be made through the official ground partner via email.
Refunds will be processed after the event for administrative reasons, and bank service charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Transportation costs are charged in Korean Won (KRW). As a result, the refund amount will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of the refund and may differ from the original payment due to fluctuations in the exchange rate.
The agency is not responsible for any discrepancies in the refund amount caused by exchange rate differences.
Payment Method
Credit card payment is preferred. A secure payment link will be sent to you once your reservation is confirmed. Please note that credit card transactions will incur a 4% transaction fee.
Alternatively, payment can be made via bank transfer. Any fees incurred during the transfer will be the responsibility of the participant. Bank details will be provided along with the invoice. Please be aware that all payments will be processed in Korean Won (KRW).

*Transportation expenses are based on payment in Korean won.
In cases where foreign currency remittance is unavoidable, the rate of KRW 1,380 per USD—based on the average exchange rate over the past year—will be applied.
